Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, during peak seasons and holidays, processing time may take up to 3 business days, and delivery within 7 working days.

Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping as our default shipping option for all orders. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. The shipping options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Factovision.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1800-572-8530 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you would like.
